   You guys! I've got such good news! Look what I got in the mail today!!!!!!

    To The Parents of Jilliann Vigil,

     It gives me great pleasure to inform you that over the next few days, Jilliann will recieve an official invitation to attend a 2009 People to People World Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. Allow me to offer my personal congratulations for Jilliann's achievements. You must be very proud.

     Selection for the World Leadership Forum is based on the academic reccomendation of valued and respedted educators. Jilliann was nominated by educator Ronald Blom of (my school name here, which I won't tell), who qualified Jilliann as an outstanding student with high academic standing and promising leadership potential.

      People to People was founded in 1956 by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower with the premise that peace can be achieved through understanding. Making a difference in the world begins with developing your child's own leadership skills, and the World Leadership Forum offers a unique opportunity for Jilliann to join other highly motivated and accomplished middle school scholars from around the globe.

     You may have a number of questions regarding participation in the forum. You will find more detailed information in the invitation Jilliann will recieve soon.
