I have to really get back to doing this. Thrusday was a bad day for me and I went a little off track. Friday and Saturday went well. So here I am today about to type my food blog. Inside my fridge is something evil and I am so very tempted by it all. The cheesyiness of it with its elbow macaroni noodles. I found myself nibbling on it this morning. I'm glad my brother is down because I know he'll eat the evilness in the fridge. Damn you Homemade Macaconi and Cheese! Dx

Breakfast: 1 packet Cinnamon roll Oatmeal and a little mac and cheese
Sugar-free cranberry juice

Lunch:Turkey sandwich
Dinner: Chicken and dumpligs

Breakfast:1 packet pumpkin spice oatmeal
Snack: 21 nuts and a little granola
Lunch:VBT sandwich
Snack grapes
Dinner:Chicken and brocoli in brown sause

Bad: 1 cookie(90 cal), a snack bag of Baked Cheetos(120 cal),a bite of lazanya(seriously only a bite)
Wallked 15 mins today

Breakfast:One packet Pumpkin Spice oatmeal
8oz glass Cranberry juice
Snack::23 nuts
Lunch:Can of french onion soup with one piece light bread and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge
Snack: A Laughing Cow Cheese wedge and a pack of mini oreos(its under 100 calories :D )
Dinner: 1 Cup rice with streamed chicken and brocoli with brown sauce. (yummy!)
Snack : 2 pieces of carmal

Monday, October 6, 2008 - Realizing how I'm tempted by Big Meals

Yesterday I walked for about 15 mins before work. I had a peice of lazanya at home for lunch and was about to bring a heavy dinner for dinner when I stopped and thought about it. I put it away and made something else for myself that was light.

Breakfast:Bagel with lite cream cheese
Sugar free cranberry juice
Lunch:Small square of lazanya
Snack green grapes
Dinner:Veggie BT
Small handful hard candy
Snack:21 nuts with a little Kix cereal
At night:a peice of green pepper

Saturday, October 4, 2008 - Just Updating

I'm hungry...-.-; Its dinnertime and dinner isn't ready yet. I started to pick at the lazanya fixings and stopped myself. Instead I ate a Laughing Cow Cheese wedge and some asparagus to take an edge off my hunger. I also walked today for 15 mins. on my lunch break.

Breakfast:Egg white omlette with cheese green beans and potatos and a glass of Sugar-free Cranberry juice

Snack: 21 nuts with a little granola

Lunch:A wrap with some shredded roast beef,tomato,lettuce, a little shredded cheese, and italian dressing.

Snack Apple

Pre-dinner snack:Laughing cow cheese wedge and some asparagus.

Dinner: (not eaten yet)Lazanya one square

Friday, October 3, 2008 - My 30 min. Power Walk

Today I got up at 7 am to get ready to walk. By 7:45 Am I was starting out on my walk. My legs burned in pain as I power walked in my sweats and tank top. With my mp3 player I walked to Shakira. By 15 mins I was ready to call it quits, but I willed myself on. I knew if I went back the way I came I would have given in to going back inside, so turned to walk down a different street. I made myself make it the rest of the way. Though I had sore legs all day at work it was worth it.

Breakfast:1 Cup Cereal with 1% milk
8oz no sugar cranberry juice

Snack: 21 nuts with a little bit of granola

Lunch:Salad with 1 slice turkey,with asparagus, and a little chedder cheese, with italian dressing.

Snack:Handful green grapes and 100 calorie Cheese Nip crackers

Dinner:Slice roast beef with gravey, Rice a Roni with gravey, green beens
Snack: Sliver of Pumkin pie without crust

Thursday, October 2, 2008 - Messed my Day up a little.

Today went ok and I went for my walk which ended up shorter then I wanted it to. I found a wallet on the road with the person's ID and Debit cards everywhere.(it almost looked like someone threw the wallet out the window of a car) As soon as I can I'm going to try give it back to that person. I went over my sisters and thats when I did badly because I didn't want to offend. So here's my new food Diary:

Breakfast:Egg white omlette w/ 1 slice american cheese w/ small amount of leftover potatos
8 oz glass of No Sugar Cranberry juice

Around 11:56 pm had 21 nuts(asorted)

Lunch(1:45 pm): Leftover Taco meat in a salad with tomatos, light sour cream,salsa, a little shredded cheese and hot sause
Snack 100 calorie oreo cake packs

Dinner:Sauseage on half a roll w/ peppers and onions, one sauseage w/out half roll

Not needed Junk: Pistasios, small brownie,Two scoops of ice cream, one glass lemonade and one glass ice tea.

Thursday, October 2, 2008 - Food is an Obsession and I Must Break up With it.

Someone I hate at work has started to try to lose weight and I am mad. The only reason why she's doing this is because she feels threatened by me losing weight. Everything I do she thinks she must do better then me. Now I'll admit, I haven't been good lately so I have to get back. I hate exercise and her fat ugly face is the prefect motivator. I just have to imagine her calling me a fat bitch behind my back. Shes like that to, she talks about everybody behind their back. Anyway heres what I have planed out for today:

Breakfast: Egg white Omlette with one piece of american cheese with small side of leftover potatos With 8 oz glass of No Sugar Cranberry juice

Lunch:Nann Bread with hummus, with turkey,lettus,and a little fat-free feta cheese

Dinner: Not sure yet.

Snacks:Apple and maybe a 100 calorie pack later.

Now bye I'm off to go walking

Monday, June 23, 2008 - Back on the Health Track

Ok so I've started losing weight again with the help of a slimfast bar for breakfast(I'm not really hungry in the morning anyway) I'm not weighing myself I just can't bring myself to do it. I've lost a litte in my belly so I'm thrilled. I also had my dear male friend at work worried that I wasn't eatting.(like I could stand for that) My exercise is racing with his walk. He 6.5 tall so imagine keeping up with someone with long legs. What made me decide to start again was going to great adventures and not being able to ride the the rides I wanted too. That night I just sat and cried after coming home. That was it I said after my tears were gone. So I have been that way since. Today was a junk food kind of day but tomorrow its back to my daily foods of goodness.

I got off work late night late so I was to tired to get on to post Yesterdays Food Blog. Anyway today I might have been a little bad with my food choices. Today is today and tomorrow is another day. I weighed myself Yesterday, I weighed in at 255.0 

Daily Food Blog for Yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Cup Cereal and an Orange

Lunch: Salad w/ fish w/ tatar sauce as dressing

Snack: 17 chips

Dinner: Lean Cuzine

Daily Food Blog for Today:

Breakfast: 1 Cup cereal and an Orange

Snack: I hard pretzel and a handful of  pistachios

Lunch: 1 Can Beef with veggie soup w/ 1 peice of cheese

Snack: 1 peice of Hard Candy

Dinner: Some Shrimp and a Lean Cuzine

Snack: 2 Peices cheese and Salad with salsa and light sour cream.

Extras I really shouldn't have eatten: 2 peices of fudge, 2 peices of cheese, quite a few Fat-Free Pringles.

Friday, January 4, 2008 - Not Giving Up this Time

I really don't want to spread that I'm trying to lose some weight around at work to much. Last time I had coworkers who were trying to make me slip up at every momment. This time I can't give up. I've been overweight since a young age. When I was little I would always go back for seconds,not because I was hungry, but because it tasted good. Food makes us feel all fuzzy inside, admit it! If I'm bored,upset, or mad I eat. I also am known for my graising skills, I've eatten half of the Can of Pringles in my past. Its like I go into a daze and just start eatting the food out any regard to how much I eat. By writing what I eat down here in this blog I have to keep meself on track.

Srambled Egg in a wrap with salsa

17 Light Chips

Salad with Italian Dressing

Lean Cuzine

Apple

Long John Silvers One peice of fish and half peice of chicken with small amount of french fries

Salad with salsa and Light Sour Cream

(Note: I know fried stuff is a really big no-no but Fridays are our order-out night. I don't think once a week hurt anyone, plus I didn't even eat the entire meal which included 2 peices of fish and 3  peices of chicken.) I plan to throw the other peice of fish away. My mother how ever plans to use her last peice of chicken)

Thursday, January 3, 2008 - Pain means No Gain! Ouch....

Today I decided I'd speed walk for fifthteen minutes. My legs started burning and aching right away. I walked around in my job and went around the inside of it three times. I plan to move on to doing 30 minutes a day once I get past doing fifthteen minutes a day. I was on lunch of course. Today I feel I did really well.

Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - PockyGirl and the Plate of Very Tempting Homemade Cookies

Today I had a craving of eatting the Chrismas Cookies we received for X-Mas. They just called my name all day. I held out for as long as I could to see if the craving would pass. So after dinner I ended up eatting four, yes FOUR cookies and one peice of homemade fudge. After I finshed the fudge I stuck in in the freezer out of my reach. So tonight I went a little off the road, theres always tomorrow to look forward too. I laughed like hell when my mother blurted out she was a cranky dieter. Shes mad about not having her soda to drink. She hates diet soda so she can't win. Personally I don't really care for soda all that much,  I might drink one can a week of Sprite if I'm in the mood. I also had a cup of hot chocolate with a little bit of  mini marshmellows. Its really cold here right now, my hands are cold even now as I type.

Food Blog:

1 Cup Cereal with Milk

1 Cup fried potatos that were cooked in a little bit of Conala oil(leftovers from before the New Year)

1 Orange

1 Can of Soup(in case your Wondering the label said a cup but the calories of the whole can itself where pretty good so I ate the whole soup so I wouldn't get hungry while shopping so I wouldn't be tempted by junk) with four crackers 

1/2 cup Asparagus(out of the can)

1 Spoonful of Ice Cream

1 peice of hard candy

1Chicken taco with soft taco shell with a little cheese

1/2 cup Asparagus

4 Cookies

1 peice of fudge

Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - The New Years Most Common Resolution: Weight Loss

Most people say this year I'm going to lose weight and fail to do so. For me I have no choice but to. Today I weighed myself for the first time in months. I stepped on the scale to see 259.4 to come up. I would have liked to die at that moment. I had no idea I had gotten so big. I'm a big girl I admit it and I don't care if you like it or not. For some reason people veiw fat like this: Fat = Ugly. Thats sad, because I've seen girls who are big and beautiful. So why do I want to lose weight? For my health, overall, to buy closes that I actually like without the high price tag. So how do I plan to do this diet? I'm not dieting, I'm just changing things. Diet is a strong word, "note the word "die" in it. Like I'm not completely denying myself of the food I love, as that would cause me to breakdown and have a total binge. People always say, "oh I'll cut out all junkfood from my diet" end up craving it. Following serving sizes goes a long way. If the bag says only 11 chips then thats all you eat. Eatting Healthier foods also helps alot. I love fruits and veggies. (my stomach just growled at me...) My problem is I like food way to much. So today is the start of reaching my first goal weight, reaching for 240 lbs, when I get there I'll set a new goal.

Breakfast: 1 Cup of cereal

Snack: 1 Apple

Lunch: Salad and 1 Cup of soup with four crackers

Dinner: A Lean Cuzine Meal

Extras: 17 Light Chips, 1 peice of mini size chocolate, a bag of Fat-Free Popcorn(the kind you pop in Microwave), carrots
