Tamagotchi Log For 6/26/08
6/26/08: It's time for another log! Today was my last official day of school, so I had to go in for the morning. Actually what I thought would only take ten minutes ended up being three and a half hours, because we had to attend a closing ceremony. Those things are painful! 12:45 finally came though, and I was relieved.
Anyways, I decided to hatch Umino Tamagotch on Monday afternoon. It's been nearly a year since I raised the Japanese version of this Tama, so I figured I'd start out with that one first. The first hour with Planktontchi was really hard, like it always has been. I was greeted an hour later by Kuragetchi the jelly fish, after changing into the baby fish stage. :) I realized how much I missed having this Tama running.
The discipline meter filled up really quickly in this stage, like it always has. However, since he changed into the teen stage today, to become Otototchi, the meter has gone to half full, and that is where I plan to leave it. I've never done this before, and have always filled the discipline meter up, maybe with the exception of one. But this is an experiment I look forward to seeing the results in. I'd really love to see if I could get the whale character, that would be so awesome! No less my little fishy is sleeping now, age 3 years and 15 units of weight.
On a sad note, I pulled out my Japanese P1 on my way home at noon and saw that Oyajitchi had passed away at 22. I felt so terrible letting him die like that! I should have paused him during that assembly like I did with Mimitchi and Ocean.. Oh well.. Maybe we will meet again someday. He still had about four days of time left though.. :( Poor little guy...
On Monday I'm going to begin work volunteering at the local food bank. It's not going to be hard work, just bagging up foods and organizing things. It's for a good cause too. I'll be doing that every Monday from now on. Also I'm going to be volunteering at the animal shelter twice a week. Really I'll just be going in and visiting the animals. :) I went a lot a few months ago when my cats were still nursing, but lately I haven't been getting up there. Now that summer is here I plan on going!
Oh yes Mimitchi is doing good! His age reads 15, but as always is really younger then that. ;) Gotta love being able to pause to keep him around longer. His not demanding at all, so he still has lots of time left. His going to be coming volunteering with me this summer, so it shall be fun. I'm glad I'm doing this. It shall be an experience, and very rewarding I'm sure.
The Tamagotchi Connection logs have been updated a lot more then these ones lately. That is due to the fact that I have five Connections going, and then have Mimitchi and Ocean. I plan on updating these logs as well, but seeing there is so much going on with the Connections, I'll be logging there a lot. After finally giving them a chance, I'm really starting to warm up to Tama Connection. It took a while to get used to, but they're slowly growing on me more as the time goes on. :) Be sure to read those logs to see how those Tamas are doing!
Anyways that's about everything I have to write here for tonight. Off to update the Connection logs, and then off to watch some TV or a movie for the rest of the night!
