7/28/08: I'm amazed.. It's time for another log! The past four days have just flew by. I'm running five Tamas now, a comfortable number indeed.
My pair of Osutchi and Mesutchi changed into adults not to long after my last log. They became the adults I expected, Biruotchi and Birukotchi. I mated them the next day after, and they produced two Babitchi, the Puchichocotchi. They shall be departing from the children tonight. This was the first time I had this set of adults. They aren't my favorite, but it's been nice to have something new. :) I can't wait for generation 3 now, because the adults are my favorite!
I had a good time with Ocean these past four days. I ended up getting the healthy teen, Otototchi when he turned 2 years old. From then on I gave him average care, sometimes letting the hearts fall back to completely empty. For the most part I'd fill him up when he lost two hunger and happiness hearts. Today he turned 5 so I knew he'd be changing into an adult, since I never paused him. I actually missed the change this time because I had him in my pocket, and it was noisy in the back garden. I pulled him out at dinner time to see a character I've had before, Taiyakitchi. I'm not disappointed though, because I really love this character a lot. :) But with my luck, after five days of not letting him get attacked at all, I somehow never tapped hard enough on the screen when the polar bear showed up at dinner. Hopefully it wont affect him too badly.. I want him to have a good life!
Masukutchi has seen better days, since he is 17 and incredibly demanding. I was volunteering today, so I ended up having to let him beep at my with empty hearts so much. I really should have paused him, since I had four others to contend with. But no matters, he did get taken care of. I'm gonna miss him when he leaves. I was happy he stayed around and never changed into the secret character this time. I love the sleeping schedule of Masukutchi, and his a nice character.
While typing this up, I felt like hatching something else, so I took my Mothra no Tamagotch out of the package and started it up. I've only raised this one a couple of times, so my experience with it is not the best. I had the urge to start it up though, so I'll see how I do with him. I'm busy enough with the Tamas I have going now, but I don't mind the extra one to care for. Mothra is a very cool Tama, quite similar to Morino, in the evolutionary aspect. Either way, I'm caring for my Baby Mothra now. Such a cute little blob on the screen! :) He shall be changing into a Mothra Larva within the hour.
I still have Mimitchi Tama around, age 18 and getting more on the demanding side. I hate to see his time for departure coming up again so soon.. I'm used to having him around longer, but I haven't been pausing him so much lately, which is a good thing I guess. I hate pausing my buddies. No less I'll have to be ready to raise him again when he leaves. He still got a little bit of time left, though.
Ocean just went to bed at 8pm. I always forget that some of the adults go to bed earlier than the teens, Kingotchi and Otototchi do. I don't like it when they go to bed early. But it's my belief Bandai did this on purpose, as to give the caretaker a break from such a needy and hard Tama. It's only the true Tama fans who like to have their Tamas up at all hours! ;)
Today while I was volunteering, I actually managed to care for everyone. Normally I'm so busy I can't even check on them, but today was different. :) I did pause Mimitchi, but only for a little while. Osu and Mesu were no trouble, so I spent most of the time checking on Ocean, and saving him from predators.
Today I received my blue clock face Japanese P1 in the mail! I'm so happy to have it, what a cool looking Tama. And yesterday I ordered another Tamagotchi off ebay, a yellow/orange Japanese P2 (just like the US P1 design). I've always wanted that Japanese P2, and now it will be coming my way soon. :) I check Ebay every day for the Nakamura TamaOtch, but still no luck. Hopefully one will pop up soon, and I can snatch it up! But with that being said, I shall be heading off to bed.
