The event may have been a shared Masked Rider Blade and Tamagotchi event, but it felt more Tamagotchi than a Masked Rider. I loved that they placed more emphasis on the Tamagotchi part. Why? 1. The emcee kept on repeating about the possible chance of winning a V4 tamagotchi in that event. To win one, you had to have a V4 tamagotchi that has either the oldest (most generations in), the richest (most gotchi points), the friendliest (most friends logged) or the best shopper (most items). I actually laughed at this contest. I could've won four more V4 tamagotchis had I competed (And I could actually, since these contests didn't have any age limit unlike the V4 Design contest) against the little kids that were there today. With 3 V4s and 1 V3, and a whole lot of experimenting done over the course of two years, I would've easily won them all. As for Masked Rider Blade, not one mere mention over the loudspeakers. 2. All those Tamagotchi banners around. Rider Blades strangely had only two. (They have a photo studio already in tamatown? And the hospital's open? I gotta get back to tamatown!) 3. Free Tama Visors! (Yes! It's a Tama-computer accessing Tamatown!) 4. And they have a schedule of activities for Tama-lovers! More to come! |
