Go to the travel station, and make your way to Forest Patchi. Once there, visit the gym, and in it, click on the dumbbells on the right of the gym.
Treadmill
Go to the travel station, and make your way to Forest Patchi. Once there, visit the gym, and in it, click on the treadmill on the left of the gym.
Sword
Donate 70,000 points to the king via your tamagotchi, then go to Tamatown and visit the king. As a reward, you will be presented with a sword.
