Another one of my Tamagotchis returns to its roots.

Just like what happened to my Tamagotchi V3, the download facility for my Keitai failed after the battery died.  Suddenly, all the generations that I've attained while taking care of this Tamagotchi are gone in a blink of an eye.

It is really frustrating when this happens as all proof of your capability to take care of a Tamagotchi in the device disappears.  You're now back to square 1, as if this little toy is brand new.

Oh well.  This will set me back in my quest to bring all my Tamagotchis to Generation 99.
